FAITH FORMATION

The Divine Redeemer School has a children’s liturgy every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. during the school year. The students participate in Stations of the Cross weekly during Lent. Students also receive the sacrament of reconciliation at least twice a year, during the school year, and participate in all holy days of obligation liturgies with the local parish, Christ, Prince of Peace. 

Second graders receive the sacraments of initiation through their home parishes, but receive preparation instructed during the school year at The Divine Redeemer. A Mass for all those who’ve received first Communion is celebrated after all sending parishes have celebrated the sacraments. 

Each grade also participates in a community service project of its own during the school year.
